All current students attending schools in the Medford Area Public School District will review / update prefilled registration forms during the August open houses or early registration at the school their child(ren) attends.  

New students will complete a registration form upon arrival in the district at the school they are enrolling their child.    

If you are new to the district and don't know where your child(ren) might be attending, please contact the district office at 715-748-4620 x 522.

If your family has a change of address, phone number or employer (and phone number) during the year, please contact your child(ren)'s school and provide them with the updated information.  We ask to be updated as soon as possible so that in case of an emergency, we have the correct information to reach you.
