In compliance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). This is notice that the Medford Area Public School District has an Asbestos Management Plan at the school district office. The plan is available for inspection by the public, parents, and district employees.

The district performs six month periodic surveillance of asbestos in January and July and full re-inspections every three years. For more information, please contact the district office.
