Helpful Tips: Online Requester: CLIENT vs CONTACT
The CLIENT will be the group that will be using the facility. The CONTACT is the individual making the request on behalf of the client (group).
One CONTACT (person) may be assigned to multiple clients (groups). Be sure to make the request for the correct client.
A CLIENT (group) may have multiple CONTACTS assigned. Do not share share logins.
